Hello Fitness friends! Today I did the Phase 2, Day 3 workout: Standing Mobility. What a great workout. As someone that sits at a computer all day I had no idea how tight my hips and shoulders are. This may become one of my new favorites. At just over 20 minutes it was fast, but had me feeling so much looser after.

It is great to witness your journey. As we recently wrote in the blog, flexibility and mobility is the first thing we lose as we age...if we don’t do anything about it. That mobility workout will pay huge dividends. Thank you for your post.
