Hello Fitness friends! Today I did the Phase 2, Day 3 workout: Standing Mobility. What a great workout. As someone that sits at a computer all day I had no idea how tight my hips and shoulders are. This may become one of my new favorites. At just over 20 minutes it was fast, but had me feeling so much looser after.
I have been working out, but have not been following the system. I love mixing things up. Today I came back. I started with Phase 2, and I love it. This program is so awesome. The movements are small, but so impactful. I'm also looking forward to a 3 day a week program. I'lI let you know how it goes!
